Biography
Alyssa Andersen is Of Counsel at Chung & Reynolds, P.C., and primarily handles litigation in the areas of business, construction, and intellectual property.
Ms. Andersen is experienced in construction litigation on behalf of property owners, contractors, and subcontractors, in matters involving contract disputes, construction defects, contractor licensing, and mechanics liens, for residential, commercial, and public works projects. Additionally, she has litigated a variety of business disputes regarding commercial leases, franchise agreements, and partnership agreements. She has also represented both plaintiffs and defendants in intellectual property cases for copyright infringement, trademark infringement, and misappropriation of trade secrets.
