Biography
Chan Hsu is an Associate Attorney at Chung & Reynolds, P.C., where his practice focuses on business litigation and construction law. He brings a strong background in financial services litigation, with experience in creditors’ rights and post-judgment enforcement on behalf of banks and other financial institutions.
Mr. Hsu earned his Juris Doctor from Western State College of Law in 2020, followed by an LL.M. in Taxation from Chapman University in 2021. During law school, he served as Treasurer for both the Business Law Association and the Artificial Intelligence in Law Society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Before pursuing a legal career, Mr. Hsu served in the United States Marine Corps with Co. I, Marine Corps Support Battalion, based in Kunia, Hawaii. During his military service, he supported intelligence efforts throughout North and Southeast Asia and the broader Pacific region.
Outside of work, Mr. Hsu enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and spending time with friends and family.
