Biography
Mr. Reynolds is the head of the litigation and trial department. He is one of the few lawyers in California who relatively frequently engages in trial and/or arbitration even taking over cases in the last weeks before trial/arbitration from other lawyers. He is focused 100% on litigation with a goal of early resolution on fair and reasonable terms for his clients. Mr. Reynolds is prepared to engage in aggressive litigation to obtain reasonable results if opposing party’s initial negotiation posture is unreasonable. Mr. Reynolds has mainly focused on business litigation wherein he has received multiple defense verdicts on behalf of his defendant clients and multiple settlement in excess of a million dollars on behalf of his Plaintiff’s clients.
